Es por ello que no basta con &#8220;ver bien&#8221;, por lo cual es importante cuidar el esfuerzo visual continuo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"influyen-las-pantallas-en-tu-salud-visual\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfInfluyen las pantallas en tu salud visual?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00ed, al pasar m\u00e1s de 4 a 6 horas frente a una pantalla, puede desencadenar o agravar s\u00edntomas visuales en personas con errores refractivos leves no diagnosticados (como hipermetrop\u00eda, astigmatismo o presbicia). Consulta con un optometrista u oftalm\u00f3logo para una evaluaci\u00f3n anual, es esencial para detectar hipermetrop\u00eda incipiente, astigmatismo, presbicia emergente, entre otros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Haz pausas visuales:<\/strong> si trabajas frente a pantallas, existe una regla de 20\u201120\u201120: cada 20 minutos de exposici\u00f3n a pantallas, dirige la mirada a algo lejano (aproximadamente 6 metros) durante 20 segundos. Esto ayuda a relajar el m\u00fasculo ciliar y reducir la tensi\u00f3n visual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Asegura tener buena iluminaci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Evita trabajar en ambientes demasiado oscuros o con reflejos. Un contraste suave entre pantalla y entorno reduce la fatiga visual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prot\u00e9gete frente a la luz azul:<\/strong> La luz azul de pantallas puede llegar hasta la retina y contribuir al estr\u00e9s oxidativo y la fatiga ocular digital. Aunque los lentes con filtro azul se han popularizado, estudios recientes muestran que su efectividad para reducir s\u00edntomas visuales es limitada. No son da\u00f1inos, pero tampoco sustituyen pr\u00e1cticas efectivas como la regla 20-20-20, buena iluminaci\u00f3n y revisiones visuales anuales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Higiene ocular efectiva: <\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parpadeo consciente: cuando estamos concentrados, parpadeamos menos, lo que favorece sequedad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar frotarse los ojos, especialmente con manos sucias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uso de l\u00e1grimas artificiales si existe resequedad cr\u00f3nica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alim\u00e9ntate bien: <\/strong>Consume alimentos ricos en lute\u00edna, zeaxantina, omega\u20113, vitaminas A y C aportan defensa antioxidante al tejido ocular, especialmente la m\u00e1cula. Estudios sugieren que una dieta rica en estos nutrientes se asocia a menor riesgo de degeneraci\u00f3n macular relacionada con la edad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"conclusion\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recordemos siempre la importancia de cuidar a diario nuestros ojos con buenos h\u00e1bitos como pausas activas, buena nutrici\u00f3n y ex\u00e1menes de la vista regulares.
